How We Handle Your Data

This site is an editorial and affiliate publication based in the UK. No user accounts exist here. No payments are processed through this site. This policy explains what data is collected, why, and what your rights are under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

When you visit, our server automatically logs certain technical data. That includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, the pages you viewed, and the time of your visit. Analytics tools also assign anonymous identifiers to track session behaviour across pages. If you contact us by email, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message. No payment details are collected at any point, and there are no user accounts or login systems on this site.

2. Why We Use It

Server log data is processed under legitimate interests. Specifically, we use it to keep the site secure and to understand how pages perform. Analytics data is used for the same purpose. Non-essential cookies, such as analytics trackers, are only placed with your consent. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Cookies

This site uses three categories of cookie. Essential cookies keep basic site functions working and do not require consent. Analytics cookies, such as those set by Google Analytics, count visits and measure which pages attract the most readers. Affiliate-tracking cookies record when you click a link to a casino operator, so that referral can be attributed correctly.

5. Third Parties

We use third-party analytics software to process visit data on our behalf. Hosting infrastructure is provided by an external provider. When you click an affiliate link to a casino operator, that operator sets its own cookies and processes your data under its own privacy policy. We do not control what those operators collect. Each casino site you visit will have its own policy, which you should read separately.

6. How Long Data Is Kept

Server log files are typically retained for between 30 and 90 days, then deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months before being purged, which is the default retention window in most analytics platforms. Email correspondence is kept only as long as it remains relevant to the original query.

7. Children
